This class is designed to give you an all over body workout. Working several muscle groups at a time with the use of weights, step and own body weight exercises. Maintain or develop fitness, tone and strengthen your body. Fun, challenging and never boring!
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
We recommend you arrive five minutes prior to class start time. We have all the equipment and accessories you will need for class. Just bring yourself, a water bottle & sweat towel.
