Club Woodham offers a unique induction process to get your membership off to the perfect start. Upon joining you will receive four personal training sessions all tailored to help you achieve your goals. You will then receive monthly personal training and power plate sessions to ensure your training remains on track.
Each of these sessions are inclusive of your monthly membership and provide the perfect opportunity to try something different to your usual workout, you may want to try racketball, free weights or give spinning a go.
