PILATES

Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way.  This is a non-impact mat based class where exercises can be modified for all participants.  Pilates puts emphasis on developing a strong core, balance and stability and improving posture, control and endurance through the entire body.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
We recommend you arrive five minutes prior to class start time. We have all the equipment and accessories you will need for class but feel free to bring your own mat if you'd prefer. Just bring yourself, a water bottle & sweat towel.
