This is our hugely successful fat loss programme. Using 'Boditrax' technology we can accurately establish the muscle, fat, bone and water levels within your body. With this information we can calculate the number of calories and types of food you should be consuming to blast body fat and achieve optimum health and well-being. Our team of fully qualified instructors will guide you through 18 personal training sessions over a 6 or 9 week period. These sessions are progressive and designed to boost your metabolism and promote fat loss.
