YOGA

Our Yoga classes are of mixed ability and offer all elements of classical Hatha including, posture work, breath awareness and techniques such as energy flow and chakra, meditation and relaxation to nurture and replenish the body and mind. Designed to improve flexibility, strength and balance whilst relaxing the mind. 


KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
We recommend you arrive five minutes prior to class start time. We have all the equipment and accessories you will need for class but feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you would prefer. Just bring yourself, a water bottle & sweat towel.
