Class Descriptions

 

AEROBICS
We have a range of aerobic classes to choose from, such as CARDIO BLAST, CARDIO SCULPT, & BODY BLITZ: These classes will ensure you have a fantastic cardiovascular workout and achieve total body conditioning.


CIRCUITS
Circuit classes comprise of small bursts of traditional boot camp style exercises to increase endurance and stamina, there is zero choreography involved in these classes.


CARDIO STEP, STEPTASTIC
Choose from either of our step classes to tone and strengthen the legs and buttock area whilst having a fun and challenging workout.


YOGAFUSION
A non-impact mat based class that concentrates on developing core strength and stability. This class will dramatically improve posture and flatten the stomach.


SCULPT/GREAT WEIGHTED WORKOUT
These classes comprise of resistance exercises taken from the gym and utilised in a studio-based format. A pure muscular strength and endurance workout, ideal for gaining defined muscle tone.


HATHA YOGA
A holistic mind/body class that promotes good health and well-being. It will enhance your balance, strength and flexibility and leave you feeling calm and relaxed.


POLE DANCING
A fun and sexy way to keep fit. A superb workout for the entire body with specific focus on the upper body and the abdominals. Beginner courses available, ask at reception for details.


DANCE FEVER
Have great fun learning the latest moves and grooves on the dance floor with this exhilarating class.


SPINNING

A stationary cycling class, led by an instructor to motivate and bring you maximum results. Suitable for beginners through to the most advanced, elite enthusiasts!


SKI FIT
This is a class that is specifically designed to get you fit for your skiing holiday, however if you are also looking to strengthen and tone your legs and glutes this is the class for you. (This class comes off the programme during the summer months)


CLUB TREAD
An instructor led treadmill class suitable for all levels, challenge your fitness in this group exercise format.


AB-ATTACK / ABDOMINAL REVOLUTION
Work your abdominals to a frenzy in this express workout. Flatten the stomach, strengthen your core and gain the ultimate six-pack!!!!


PRIMECARE
This is a gentle and fun way to exercise whilst keeping the mind active.

PHYSIQUE 58
Is a dynamic stretching/strength exercise method designed to rapidly transform your body. An effective, challenging and workout system.
