The Nutrition, Exercise, and Weight Management programme continues to produce fantastic results. We calculate metabolic rate to identify the number of calories you should be consuming.
We also provide recipes and shopping lists to establish the types of foods you should be eating for optimum health and well-being. Our team of fully qualified instructors will guide you through 18 personal training sessions over a 6 – 9 week period.
These sessions are progressive and designed to boost your metabolism and promote fat loss.
