Nutrition, exercise & weight management (NEWu)

This programme has produced some phenomenal results and is one of the most popular progammes we offer. The NEWu programme establishes your metabolic rate, the number of calories you should be consuming on a daily basis and the types of foods you should be eating for optimum health and well being. This programme also comprises of 18 progressive personal training sessions spread over a six or nine week period, depending upon your schedule.

Power Plate
This machine uses high speed vibrations stimulating muscles to contract and relax, therefore producing a high speed workout. It has been shown to have a positive effect upon strength, flexibility and can also be used for massage.

Personal Training
The most popular of all our programmes, personal training can produce substantial improvements in physical fitness and personal well being. Whether you are training to improve your fitness, lose weight, or train for a specific event, personal training will improve your chances of achieving your goals.  We offer personal training as 30 minute or 1 hour sessions, joint sessions are also available.

GP Referral Programme
We have instructors at the Club who specialise in assisting your rehabilitation after illness or injury. Their non-intrusive and friendly care will speed your recovery time and ensure you stay focused and on track.
